I need a template that can offer me alot for a game based community website. an example would be such as world of warcraft, imagine needing to make a website for a game like that providing vasts information and easy to navigate through for players. I want to be able to add lots of content to it and have it easy to navigate only decent theme was this

however i don't even know out of those two which would be better suited, for my website i'll need to be able to add lots of gaming guides, game items ( in the game world ) such as a wiki of information and such, can anyone help me out?

very important for a nooby to be able to edit the website easily to add content as well, need it to be very professional im not looking for free themes atleast i don't think any of them will reach my expectations since most of them look like thrash
Hmmm. Then perhaps you should post how much you would be willing to pay for such a theme specifically crafted to WoW.

really something similar to this is enough
guildwarsguru.com like on the left side, very easy to navigate for information and such, the news and everything is nice and wide, easy to navigate & read etc. i'm not looking to really spend a thousand on someone to create a theme
