Need help finding location of custom text on registration page

I believe that at some point I used a plugin to alter the registration page image and text. Apparently, removing that plugin didn’t take the changes with it, or I made some custom changes somewhere and dont’ remember what the world I did. If anyone can look at my site and let me know if you can tell where the following text might be located or how I might be able to remove/change it, I would appreciate it VERY MUCH.

Here’s the text I need to remove: “After you register, your request will be sent to the site administrator for approval. You will then receive an email with further instructions.”

I’m pretty sure I used a plugin to add this text. I just don’t have a clue which one it was.
