   Hi All,

   I have an old blog running on some sort of CMS that I wrote on my own a couple of years ago. My CMS is sort of dying, and I'd really like to move all of the content from that blog over to a nice, fresh WordPress 2.5 installation...

   I started looking for ways to import everything, and I see that the import feature works with a lot of different blogging systems, but I couldn't find any simple XML import feature...
   I read that WXR is a lot like XML and would really like to just use my old CMS to write a file that fits the WXR specifications in order to move things over, but I can't find the WXR syntax anywhere online...

   Can anyone help out with this?
