Need help building employee directory

I am building a website for an association of 50+ colleges. I need to create a page on the site that lists the names of all the colleges. Each of those names is a link to a directory page that has general info about the college at the top, and a list of employees in tabular form underneath.

I’ve installed and set up Gravity Forms to collect data – one that collects college info, and one that collects the individual employee data. And that’s about as far as I’ve gotten. *sigh*

I also need to add admin users from each college, and preferably limit their access to only those entries associated with their college.

I’m reasonably proficient with PHP, but I’m getting a headache trying to figure this out, and wanted to see if some kind soul on the forum could point me in the right direction.
