    hello,
I have 2 suggestion things for you :

    1. If I add email, before I receive and confirm my subcribe to newsletter, I can add same email more than one and get more than one email confirmation too.
Maybe you can prevent this for the next better version.

    2. If I already register on newsletter and try to add my email again, there will be error:

Admin only message: there seems to be a problem with one of your merge fields. Maybe you forgot to add a required merge field to your form?

MailChimp error: xxxx@xx.xxx is already subscribed to list blabla Newsletter. Click here to update your profile.

All I do to change on tab form settings-form messages didn’t appear at all.

Okay Thank you for great plugin

    Hi ratmz,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

Unfortunately, both your first and your second suggestion are normal behaviour for MailChimp.

Users won’t see the second error message though, they will see a (customizable) message saying that the given email address is already on the newsletter list.

Regarding the first suggestion, not much I can do about that. I take it users won’t try to sign-up more than once. The “form success” message (normally) clearly states that the sign-up request was succesfull and that they should check their email inbox.

    Hope that helps.

    Danny
