Need explaining How to input RSS on my WordPress Blog Site

I am completely new to Blog and using WordPress. Can you explain to me the steps to use to input the RSS image on my blog site? Also; how do I sign up with feedburner? I entered my URL nightvisionseeing.com and feedburner told me this feed did not exist. Remember when explaining my level is 101; I am totally confused.
