   I need to install a database on a wp website to collect information from 10 different offices that will ideally:

   1. log into their member area
   2. enter numbers/data into 5 different fields on a weekly basis
   3. client would receive updates for data entered and can run report totally for all weeks entered.

   any suggestions on the best way to do this?
