Need CronJob Help…

Greetings to All,

I am currently building a wp site which will use emails to create posts primarily. I currently have PostMaster and Crony Cronjob Manager plugins installed. However, I am absolutely clueless on how to install the cronjob to pull from my email address. My biggest hangups are the custom php in order to run the cron, the “function to run”, and the “script to include”. I can read and understand (generally) php but cannot write it. Need step by step (detailed) instructions on how to correctly install the cronjob.
