I need one more crucial addition to my page and am having difficulty in finding a proper code or widget.
I want the submissions to go right to my email. I also don't want advertising included in the widget/plugin.
Most of what I've found are forms that are bulky, ugly and take up too much space. I'd like a form that appears after you click the contact us button. Then they type in the info right there and get a thank you message and then the box disappears. I also want to be able to customize this form with the fields I need.
Please advise as to if you know something I can use or create. Would be good to have in html or php.
