   I'm looking to creae an order form that uses basic text fields and radio buttons for the first half, then a table with products on the second half. The table columns would be product image, product name, price, and a drop-down select field.

   I know with Fast Secure Contact Form, I can do something similar with inline pre-item HTML but I was hoping to get a cleaner table format. Something similar to this:

   Is there a form plugin that can do this? And I don't want to use ecommerce because I'm not taking payments right away, this is a reservation request form and I have to follow-up with the customer for confirmation.

   Never mind, figured it out using pre- and post-HTML. I just had to change my way of thinking -- instead of just looking at it as text and format, I experimented with table HTML and it all worked nice and clean.
