   I have WordPress 3.0.3 and Dr.Register 1.3 but its not working.

   Downloaded plugin, installed it, activated it and cerated a custom form too but the form does not show on my website. There is no way that I can find to access the menu or setup screen. Does anyone know anything about this plugin?

   There is not a single line in readme.txt that where to go after creating the form.

   I want to know, if I have to add [dregister] like thing in a post or page to show the form in front-end?
