   Our site was set up years ago by an outside party and the employees that were here then are gone. I need to obtain Admin access to the account because no one has admin rights. I do not have any knowledge of who previously had admin rights. No user name or any other info.

   Thanks for the suggestions. What I really need is someone from WordPress to help me out. I don't have the Admin username and I don't use phpmyadmin. Also don't understand many of these steps because I'm not savvy with coding, etc.
