I've tested several plugins that let users rate posts. The most useful for my purposes are Vote It Up and Emo Vote, because they let me put the voting tool only on the pages where I want it to appear, by inserting a snippet of PHP.
The problem is that both of these plugins lock down a user's vote: Once they've voted, they can't change their mind.
Does anyone know of a plugin that lets users vote -- and change their votes if they change their minds?
Or, do you know how to tweak Vote it Up or Emo Votes so they can do this?
