Need a plugin to make public profiles list (Social).

Hello,
what I am trying to do with WordPress is to make a private website for my school where people can do the following :
1- people enter the site without registration.
2- fill a form of many fields like name, photo, email, number, address ..etc
3- any one can view all the profiles listed with all the fields.
4- if it can be mobile optimised then it will be great, because I need to make that website as a mobile app.

if a free plugin can be found that is good.. if not, then I can buy a paid version.
