Need a plugin that handles everything video

I want to host videos in mp4 or flv on a private website. Within WordPress I’m looking for plugins that can sort out every part of the job until my videos are shared and posted on my blog. If possible I want one plugin to handle all the most essential tasks, not an assortment of several plugins.
I need a place to write my URLs that will make sure these URLs are interpreted by a player (because I don’t have any player functionality where I’m hosting them) and I need advanced embedding functionality.
From the embedding I want the video to be scaled down to fit my blog, but with full-screen functionality without leaving the post. I would like to be able to embed more than one video in the same post.
Finally I hate writing code so where possible I want the workflow from linking URL to the embedding to setting player functionality to be done in an interface, preferably where I’m adding new posts in the WordPress Dashboard.
I hope someone out there can help me make this dream come true!
