   My website has been hacked into and it won't let me log into my WordPress account. I've now been locked out and if I request a new password, it doesn't recognise my email address. Can someone reset my account?

   Did it not work if you click "forgot password" button? you can actually reset your password in your database

   Thanks for this. The trouble is that I cannot access my account at all so how do I access the admin panel to reset my password. I had to recreate another account just to access this forum and post this question?

   What is the URL of your site?

   You said you needed to "create another account to access this forum," this forum is independent of any site (no site or blog needed to ask questions here). Are you on a WordPress.COM account? If you are on a WordPress.com account you need to check here:

   in your database try to delete user table first take a backup before deleting even you can see encrypted password in your table
