Need a gaming theme made!

Hello everyone. I have a community I’m building, a fan-site for a game, really. I need a template made, that has to be very functional and themed to the game. If you think you can help, please let me know. The game is called Elder Scrolls Online, and you can find their website below. A fan-site (not mine) is also listed below.
