   Hi,
   Really need a form builder that gives the user unique ID number after completing the form fields..,

   The scenario moves like this: there is an event, attendees should book attendance via a form in my wordpress site (Name, E-mail, Phone, ...etc), after completing the form, a thank you message appear with a unique ID number (eg: ct-53465) for each user..
