Need A Code To Display Google Ad In The Header

    Hello,

    I’m using WordPress 3.9.1 on my site with a custom theme. I’d like to get a code to add google adsense ad between the content wrap and header menu(consider the below URL as reference).
    I’ve tried using many codes for it. But the ad isn’t appearing in center and it is completely unresponsive in almost all devices.
    So, I’d like to get a responsive code for anyone of you.
