Need a backup plugin that works with SEO plugins

    I really need an automated backup plugin that works with either All In One SEO Pack or HeadSpace.

    The SEO plugins seem to break the backup plugins (and some contact form plugins, like Contact Form 7) for some reason. I’m not a programmer so I have no idea. I just know that the WP DB Backup program does not work with both All in One SEO Pack and HeadSpace.
