   my blog keeps getting a old post of 2007 as second post on my blog with a title like this Něco z historie: along with the title of the post what does this mean how can i fix it its so anyoying

   I don't understand what you mean whooami ... But if I upgrade won't it mess up my plugins installed

   You mean this in my theme folder the file called header.php

   Yes, you are a year behind... you have version 2.1. The latest stable version is 2.3.3. All the previous versions are vulnerable for hacks.
   A responsible webmaster takes care of upgrading the script in use on his site. In other words: do NOT come here complaining about being hacked if you don't upgrade your site regularly. Got it?
