Ne fonctionne pas, Ou mal expliqué (13 posts)

    Après avoir installé le plugin, puis activer et ensuite testé comme expliqué dans l'aide... j'ai bien eu le 4 champs etc...
    l'API twitter à bien validé mon post, mais aucun affichage dans mes twitts !!!
    Ha bon ben merci, c'est cool (enfin non !) donc desinstalle et voila !!!
    Si j'ai des nouvelles du Support je vous tiendrais au courant... (pour l'instant : Rien)

    Hi,

    Try to explain you point of view in English please.
    For your issue, just read the documentation, I'm sure the robots.txt or something else is missing.

    Also make sure you domain is approved by Twitter.

    Pour Geoffrey : de quoi je me mêle... j'ai tester toute la nuit pour faire fonctionner ce plugin, d’ailleurs mon mail au développeur pourra confirmé.

    Je suis desolé, mais si j'utilise un plugin ou quoi que se soit d'autre et que cela ne fonctionne pas, je le dit voila tout. Je ne vois pas de manque de respect à cela...

    Pour Julien : J'ai bien suivis ce qu'il faut faire et ça ne fonctionne pas donc....
    Le test de validation fonctionne bien puisque ça affiche "Approuved" avec un fond vert...
    Mais aucun twitt ne s'affiche sur twitter !!!!

    Do not yell at Geoffrey. He's a great developer. I repect his work.

    The fact is: you rated the plugin with the lowest note very quick (a couple of hours).

    Plugins given here are given AS IS. If you want very reactive support just buy it with a premium solution. We give time for people.

    I got a lot of users and great notes for this plugin. This is the first time I get such a poor feedback. It's working and I give a lot of time for support. It's noit mandatory. I think you misunderstood what is the purpose of WordPress.org

    For your issue maybe you missed that you have to submit your website to Twitter and receive a confirmation email that indicates your domain is approved. For low traffic website it may take time, sometimes weeks but this is not due to my plugin. This is Twitter's process.

    My plugin allows you to simplify the integration. I'm not at your service to answer to your email when you send it at 3 O' clock !

    It's the last time I'll answer to you. Not because I don't want to or because you do not deserve it but just because I do not have time for this. I'm sorry you spend all your night trying to set my plugins. It's only one page and a few options. I've never heard something like that before, even with 'non geek' people and there are more than 30k downloads.

    I sincerely think : you do not want to answer it is your right , ok .
    But know that I am in the trade, and I am serving my clients and even if it does not.
    I have a service company and I get telephone calls all day and even people who have never bought anything from me.
    When you put a plugin must ensure after sales service. Otherwise don not pay worries.

    @Joss: It's a public place in a "public Internet", so...

    You just need to follow steps explained by Julien to make this plugin working. You can try another plugin, if you don't want to do effort with Twitter, the result will be the same.

    Don't worry Julien, nobody will read his french review, because his way of thinking is so much selfish ;)

    I give 5 stars!

    PS : en français on écrit "bonjour", "testé", "confirmer", "ce", "dis", "voilà". Le manque de respect se trouve dans le harcèlement (on est lundi, il ne répond pas aux mails le week-end, c'est normal non ? Il n'est pas à ton service !) et dans le fait de juger sans te rendre compte que l'erreur vient de toi. Dire qu'un truc ne marche pas c'est ici : http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jm-twitter-cards (tous les supports sont résolus d'ailleurs, bien joué !) et avec des explications ça aurait pu permettre de déboguer et d'aider d'autres personnes. Mais un selfish ne peut pas y penser.

    Et après c'est moi qui harcèle ??? je rêve !
    Il suffisait de dire : attend une semaine et voila
    Il est ou le problème : on va épiloguer jusqu’à quand ?
    Pour moi la Doc est pas bien faite et voilà !!! tu crois que tout le monde est dev ? si c’était le cas alors on ne téléchargerais pas de plugin !
    le titre était clair, seulement vous ne supportez pas la critique et de suite vous êtes toucher dans votre "orgueil" de Dev voilà surtout...
    Je vous répète encore : tous le monde n'est pas Dev... et pour finir : je n'ai vu nulle part ou il etait stipuler d'attendre 1 semaine ou plus pour le mail twitter.
    le selfish te dis bien des choses

    Soit 18 votes sur 35792 = 0.05% de votant

    et donc 35774 ne se sont pas prononcés, donc ils sont tous super content! désolé de m'etre exprimé !!! pourtant le titr de mon post etait clair, mais bon!
    Clôturons ce post car là c'est plus la peine...
    Désolé je ne trouve pas comment clôturer le post, normal, je ne suis pas Dev.

    @joss: please, use english at least and translate your words after. You use a system but don't know him... If you don't know, ask, dont review.
    FAQ are answers (your answers are in this section), "support" section is for questions. Reviews are for judgement (when the plugin do its work or when the support don't).
    Plugin do its work, and support too... So ?...

    Si vous faites des plugins que pour les developpeurs alors dites-le !
    J'ai bien préciser dans mon post : "Si j'ai des nouvelles du Support je vous tiendrais au courant"

    En tous cas je crois qu'il y a un gros probleme avec les developpeurs si ont à le malheur de vous demander quoi que se soit
