   My navigation is hiding on load or anytime I click over a hyperlink in the body (such as title of a post or comments).

   Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can prevent it?

   Notice when you hover over navigation it extends with search archive, meta, but if you hover over a post title in the body is these items disappear from navigation.

   Here is my css if that help:

   1. Please, don't post long code here - use http://pastebin.com or similar sites.
   2. What you described happens only in IE, not in Firefox. (Actually it happens in a lot of themes - probably one of the oddities of IE...)

   It's called the "IE peekaboo bug", google for it and you'll find far more info than you want to on it - but there is info out there on how to fix it as well.
