Hi- I've been building my site (heyrubecircus.com) and did not like the navbar that came with my chosen theme. I've been trying to build my own using navbar rollover images. I'm coding in html.
So far, I can get the images to show, but all of the functionality is shot. I'm pretty stumped and would appreciate any help!
Note: Out of frustration, I've set the default navbar images to the rollover and click image, so that they are visible until I can get this figured out.

Posted 2 years ago #Of course you know that you have to have a hard-coded menu to do this because WordPress can't generate images on the fly.
You have to put your javascript in the
<head>section of the header.php of your theme. Other than that it's pretty much normal HTML coding. Here is an example:
