It looks alright to me John using IE 9
On the blog page, I’m still seeing the nav completely blown apart in IE, but no other browsers. The other thing about this is that when you mouse over the WP icon (to access the blog), the address you see in the lower left is caspca.org/wordpress/blog/. I’m thinking this might be the problem. I don’t know why I’m seeing the /wordpress/ in that path. The absolute path on the button is caspca.org/blog/. Any idea where it is pulling the old /wordpress/ address from?
Also, any other IE views on the blog would be helpful since it looks good to cjc. Could just be my computer (?)
Thanks.
There are some html mark-up errors on your page — and those can cause browser inconsistencies — so you might look at these:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcaspca.org%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

Just an FYI: This is happening in IE7 or Less, not in IE8 or IE9…
Most themes now add a conditonal statement in <head> to call a custom stylesheet like this:
<!--[if IE 7]>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="ie7.css">
<![endif]-->
