Hi Danny! I styled your plugin for a client here: http://www.saspetherick.com. As you see the form has a Name and Email field.
In the plugin settings (List Settings), I've selected the Subscribe with name checkbox and used MERGE1 for the name identifier. That's the identifier Mailchimp uses for the First name. Compare with the Mailchimp form here: http://eepurl.com/qWsuj
However the output of the widget doesn't contain the MERGE1 identifier for the name field. It defaults to a generic id="nsu-name-1" name="nsu_name". Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
