So I was messing with the user function box and added a line of code and now my site wont reload. The wordpress backend wont even load.

What file do these user functions get stored in so that I can manually remove them?

Re-upload a fresh copy of the theme.

Getting into the SQL won't help you, unless you know how to change the correct current-theme option in wp-options. I DO NOT recommend attempting to alter the SQL manually.

You'll need to use an FTP client, and delete the existing Theme files (i.e. the wp-content/themes/mystique directory). At that point, WordPress will revert to using the default Theme (TwentyTen), so you'll want to make sure NOT to delete the wp-content/themes/twentyten directory.

Then, you will have access to your wp-admin area, and can re-install a fresh copy of the Mystique Theme.

Deleted the theme, finally got back to dash board, reverted to 2010 theme, installed a new mystique theme, activated theme, and bam back to no page.

You may need to delete the Theme's options entries in the wp_options DB table.
