Mystique Main Menu CSS Help

Hey guys, I’ve just built my new portfolio on wordpress, but I’m a little stuck. After customising the menu bar to be black (like the top mystique one) I have some issues with reading.

If you look at the current projects drop down it’s fine, but if you go through to look at samples, the secondary level part of the menu acquires white writing, which can’t be read easily – What bit of CSS do I need to change to change the text colour here?
Then if you select current projects and then go back and look at the current projects drop down and hover over a selection the writing goes grey and blends into the overlay, so it also can’t be read. – What bit of CSS do I need to change to change the text colour here?
I get a bit confused with how to change the active and secondary sections
