   If I insert an <img> image in the sidebar, the image does NOT DISPLAY on Firefox 3.5. The images and ads display correctly on IE8, IE7, and Google Chrome, BUT NOT on Firefox.

   The strangest thing is that on examining the HTML source code on FIREFOX, there is the code style="display: none;" inserted in the <img> tag !!!?!?! What's up with that?

   In addition, Google AdSense Ads also do NOT display on FIREFOX because of the same problem.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated!

   This is a Firefox bug - if you use the last stable release of FF you shouldn't have this problem. 3.5 has not been released yet and is still under development.

   Hi Elpie,

   I cannot see how the "display: none;" code could be inserted by the Firefox browser. To clarify the first line of the Google AdSense seems to be modified by something in WordPress (only on Firefox):

   1. Google AdSense code in PHP or in sidebar widget:
   <script type="text/javascript"> ...

   2. HTML code as it appears in Firefox view Source Code:
   <script style="display: none;" type="text/javascript"> ...

   BTW, I tested the page on Firefox 3.0.11 and the problem is still there. So, if it is a Firefox bug, then the bug exists in the official release also.

   Nevermind. I figured out the problem.

   If anyone else has this problem on Firefox, you probably have your Firefox "AdBlock Plus" ENABLED.
