I was updating my site and noticed a paypal button in the top right hand corner of Tools/Meta Data. I do not have paypal. There are no paypal plugins installed. Where did it come from and why is it there?

That's my first guess as I don't even have a tools->meta data
anyway, I'd bet it supposed to be a 'donate' thing for the plugin
