    Hi guys... In this link:
    http://www.dev4press.com/2011/tutorials/wordpress/practical/choosing-mysql-database-engine-myisam-or-innodb/
A guy explains the convenience of InnoDB engined tables for WP tables that could be often updated like options, usermeta, comments, ecc.

I'm trying to figure out if it could be worth to ALTER TABLES of my database to put on the different engine only that 3-4 tables for each blog.

I'm actually Running a dedicated 2 GHz AMD dual core with 2 Gb ram and, on it, 43 WordPress websites that are running really slow.
I could need some help and guide about WP-server tuning, so I could use your advice.

My biggest problems are huge apache2 daemons (from 40 to 80 Mb each one) and mysql very slow using 100% cpu for 3-4 seconds when loading each website.

    Thanks
