Upgrading SQL is NOT a non-trivial thing. What version of SQL did you come from?

IIRC you can't upgrade from 4 to 5, you have to install 5 and then export/import your DB to the new SQL.

    I moved from 4. something.

I tried to import the DB but the same error comes up that that one table is fried. Is there anyway to write it manually or some other fix?

There may be, but SQL upgrades from 4 to 5 is when I go hire someone to do it for me :/

Do you have a GOOD backup of your DB?

No. I did 3 backups and they all are not working. My host did the update so I did not think there would be an issue.

If they did the upgrade for you, I would get on the phone with them and tell them it didn't work.
