   WordPress posting time is 4 minutes forward than my pc and local time.
   Do you have any idea what the problem is?

   The time WordPress is reporting is from your server, not your PC? Or are you running it on your own PC?

   No, I run it on from server.
   So you are saying that, the server time is wrong?
