My WordPress site not showing up properly on mobile

I was planning to get WordPress Mobile Pack plugin so I could switch themes for mobile devices, but I ran into problems with any theme when viewing my WordPress site on my phone.

Here is my setup. I installed WAMP on my computer to get WordPress running so I could play around with it. I got everything working and I wanted to test it on my phone so I loaded it there (192.168…) but when I load the page it looks like it’s completely missing the CSS. Also the image doesn’t show up – broken image or something. This is with the twenty eleven theme. I was surprised.

I planned to get WordPress Mobile Pack plugin so I can switch themes for mobile. So I went ahead and did that and switch it to one of the mobile themes and reloaded in my phone. It changed with different sized text but still seemed unstyled. I even loaded thematic and started making a child theme with background colored bright green and it looks right on my computer but nothing on my phone.

I’m not sure what’s going on. When I load my phpinfo page on my phone it shows up styled just fine in purple. Any ideas to troubleshoot? Any help is greatly appreciated.
