My wordpress site is not reflecting my theme

hi i have installed worpress 3.6 theme. i isntalled woo commerce theme. i have setup the site and it looks perfectly fine when i use my admin credential. but when i try to acess the url normally it is defaulting to twenty thirteen theme. can any one please let me know what is the reason behind this issue. i have hosted my wordpress site in hostgator
