   Hi

   I have 3 wordpress blogs running on 1 host. Today all 3 sites has been hacked.

   Its seems that its only a defacement. That means that all my files in the root directory are deleted and replaced with the hackers index.html file.

   All other directories, wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes are still there. My database is also intact.

   I don't have a backup of my root files, so what can I do to restore my data?

   Can I make my config.php myself and which causion should I take, before starting this project?

   Any help will be appriciated ;)

   Hi,

   You need to contact hosting service provider to provide and restore the backup of your site..after that do these:

   -> Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version
   -> reset all the password and set strong password
   -> do not use any vulnerable script
   -> install only those plugins which are compatible with your wordpress version
