I don't know if this is WordPress's fault or a plugin, but my ,htaccess was edited(injected) with this redirect code:
    http://pastebin.com/cuxpJr79

It is malware redirecting people to other websites. How did this happen, how can I prevent it?

I removed the redirect, but I still see this js code.
    http://pastebin.com/SDDWLXry
It's malware, don't know which file it got injected into.
