    -Changed default 'admin' username
-use new hard/damn crazy hard to guess username/password
    -install Wordfence plugin
    -change FTP access login

but still cen be hacked? the hacker seems like to change username

Also change all passwords. Make sure that you clean up your site completely so that no security holes are left for repeat attacks. Notifying your host can also help you as server-specific security will be reviewed/ tightened by them.

Every password! Use longer, hard-to-guess passwords not related to your site, name, etc. Especially change your FTP password. You have more than one users, especially with admin powers, change their PWs too.

Make sure that you thoroughly cleanup your site and do not leave any security holes for further hacking.
