I have been working patiently on my WordPress blog for about three years. It is a long way from where I want it to me, and I have plans to use a customised theme etc., but here it is anyhow: Online Marketing and Design Blog.

Pretty good, although it could do with a bit more color to make it more appealing. Also instead of having a subscription page, add it to the home page.

A key element I would add to the website is some sort of slogan or tag line. At first glance, I didn't understand what I am going to get out of spending my time on your blog. Although the content is resourceful and good, it doesn't jump out at me within the first few seconds.
By adding Google Analytics into your blog you will want to really monitor your bounce rate. You should see a huge difference when adding an appropriate slogan/tag line.
I added one to my blog, http://www.jasonverdelli.com and found that my page views started to skyrocket once people understood why they were there.
