• Since the past 3-4 days, my blog has stopped running all of a sudden and gives an <br>

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6315 bytes) in /home/fawaz/public_html/blog/wp-includes/cache.php on line 4

    when I try to load the homepage of the blog which is: http://www.fiqbal.com/blog/

    When I try to access my admin console this is the error that I get: <br>

    Fatal error: Allowed
    memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/fawaz/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 861

    Can anyone please help me out

  • Ask your host to up your memory limit in your php.ini from 8b to at least 16mb. That should fix it.

    i spoke with my host and he says he can’t increase the limit since his is a reseller only account.
    🙁
    is there anyway that this can be improved by using only my .htaccess file? I have access to this file and I can edit it…
    Please help
