My WordPress blog disappeared after changing settings

    I had installed wordpress and buddypress together and tried to change the homepage to http//mydomain.info/wp without /wp in “General-> Settings-> WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) . After i saved the change the site became 404 but wordpress is still installed on the webhost manager version 3.5.1 and some of the site is still up. Is there a way to fix this ?.
