    Hi.

I have employed a lovely new theme for my WordPress portfolio site which works a treat when viewed on a Mac in Safari and Firefox (and on tablet devices), but unfortunately disappears completely when viewed on a PC in Internet Explorer.

The makers of the WordPress theme, Agera, by Massive Pixel Creation, can't figure it out and neither can any of the developers I have shown it too.

    Bugger.

    Can anybody help me please?

Where did you get your theme from?

  4. First is try to eliminate any potential plugin issues.

Visit your WordPress dashboard and deactivate all of your plugins. All of them, no exceptions.

Once that's done then clear your browser's cache and cookies and revisit your site.

If that didn't solve it then it's probably all theme related.

On Theme Forest, from a developer called Massive Pixel Creation. It's called Agera.

For theme specific support you'll need to contact the theme author.

We do not support commercial products here.

Edit: Just to add that I did read that the theme author can't sort it out either, but we still don't support that theme here.
