My website won't load and I can't log in to WP for admin

I have not made any changes to the website in at least a week. All was well until yesterday, pages started loading slow, or not at all. I cannot log in to do any admin or troubleshooting on the site because I can’t get the page to load.

My hosting vendor (In Motion Hosting) has ruled out any problems with their server.

I have run a virus scan–Malaware Bytes, and Norton runs all of the time. I have tried to open the website on 2 different computers in my home. I have tried using both Firefox and IE–same problem on both computers.

I have cleared my cache and done a disk cleanup.

All signs lead to a problem with WordPress, unless anyone has any other suggestions.

Any suggestions on how I can log in to admin and then troubleshoot?
