    I tried your domain in a browser and it appears to load the ISP's default page. You know when you are browsing a Web site, and suddenly you get an error page saying the page doesn't exist? That's called a 404 Error (Page Not Found). What your domain does is a 403 Error (Forbidden) meaning the site isn't configured for web browsing at all. This is a bigger issue than a particular theme.

    It would be really helpful if you include specific details about what you can do versus what you can't do (can you ftp? can you see the directories in a cPanel, stuff like that). Good luck.

    I can do pretty much everything on the web hosting its set too.
    I can edit files, edit databases ect.
    But i cant do anything that is directly linked to the website i.e access the wordpress dashboard or login.

    I did try removing wordpress and then putting a new copy on and tried removing the database and fresh install of wordpress with a new database with no luck.

    Have you tried using ftp
    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Nothing will load without a database.

    You still have a database.

    Sign into your hosted account and using what ever file manager they have change the name of the plugins folder to xplugins. That will stop any plugins from loading. See if that gets you back in.

    okay so i added a database, but it still is not loading, sorry to be such a pain. I also renamed the plugin file to xplugin still not loading.
    :(

    I wish there was some sort of master reset

    Like i said whenever i try the website address it brings me to applestopshop.com/wordpress that was a redirect i had to create as when i installed it it would not start up from applestopshop.com but applestopshop.com/wordpress.
    but in an effort to fix it i deleted the account with the host (00 free hosting) without removing the redirect but it appears to still be in tact.

    applestopshop.com loads fine. Is it when you try to login you have a problem? What exactly happens? Is there an error message?

    no it doesnt load at all for me. i cant even log in let alone see the website. the site takes an age to even get to the error message, does it load for you?

    this is the error message
    This web page is not available
    The connection to applestopshop.com was interrupted.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.
    Check your Internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems or other network devices that you may be using.
    Add Google Chrome as a permitted programme in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted programme, try deleting it from the list of permitted programmes and adding it again.
    If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure that the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the spanner menu > Options > Under the Bonnet > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
    Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

    I see you are reinstalling. You should install it in the root, not a folder called wordpress.

    [edit] Yes, it was loading and working fine. But I am backing out now until you get it reinstalled or whatever is happening. It changes every time I look at it.

    thats weird that you can see that i cant even see that page, as i said the page isnt loading for me. I will try again i guess.

    @kmessinger When you say that it was loading, what did you see? Was a page with a red background and the URL on it (the ISP's parked domain page)? Or was it an actual WordPress page?

    I ask, because I have don't even seen the parked domain page anymore, just the HTTP 403 Error.

    @alextotal09: Setting aside WP for a moment, can you upload a simple index.html page (<html><body>hello world</body></html>) to the Web site root? I'm wondering if you can see that in a browser before adding in PHP and MySQL to the mix.

    I put what I saw as an image on a site I use for testing.
    http://tsaidiots.com/?attachment_id=265

    You should try clearing your cache, a different browser or a different computer.

    I see http://applestopshop.eu/wordpress/ in FF 10.0.1, IE 7, 8, 9 and in Chrome 17.0.963.56

    For applestopshop.com I find this code.

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN">
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Index of /</title>
    </head>
    <body>
    <h1>Index of /</h1>
    <ul><li><a href="wordpress/"> wordpress/</a></li>
    </ul>
    </body></html>

    I am confused about your confusion.

    I have tried deleting the theme and replacing it...I uploaded a index.html page to the root/...I did try removing wordpress...tried removing the database... and fresh install of wordpress with a new database...i deleted my old database in an effort to reset everything...so my sql database is gone now...the only problem is i dont know how to uninstall plugins manually

    I think that it is just a matter of correcting the address which can be done here. http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

    But frankly, I do not know what you are doing. So if anyone else wants to jump in here (please!) go right ahead.
