   Hi, my website with wordpress software was set up by a computer guy, he taught me the basics of loading and deleting but other than that he managed the site. He died suddenly 6 mnths ago and now when I go into my site it doesn't let me make any changes at all, as soon as I do and press update or save a white page with warnings and the fact that I'm not allowed to comes up. Can anyone help please? Cheers Daniel in New Zealand.

   What do the warnings say? The 'not allowed' part suggests that you do not have full admin privileges, but post the whole message you are getting. That should help sort it out.

   This is what comes up when I try to delete an image etc

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/danielun/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:121) in /home/danielun/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 275

   I don't know what it means! Any help appreciated.

   First, you need to talk to your host. Your mysql user doesn't have privileges enough to update the tables. The second error might be a consequence of the first. Solve the first one and see if you still have the second.
