my website is not taking CSS & wp-admin is not opening

    hi,

    I have first install a wordpress on localhost than move it to server.now i amgetting a problem.CSS of my site is not loading .can you help me to find the solution
    i am putting my site’s url so you can refer to that which can help you refer my problem

    and my wp-admin is not opening
