Have you asked your web host if they have a backup of your site from last week, or just prior to being hacked?

I do not suggest simply restore from a backup, as that is not really sound advice. Sites can get hacked and sit for months without anyone noticing, and those hacks or the original exploitable code just wind up in the backups. Follow the links that esmi provided, and if you get stuck on a particular step in any of the guides, post back here for help.

Also, one of the ways that sites can get hacked is if a) you are using an ftp program that stores passwords in plain text (eg. FileZilla)], and b) get a virus on your machine that takes advantage of that, steals your password, and uploads malicious files to your site. It is always a good idea to run scans on your own machine (and have anyone else that has ftp access to your site) when something like this happens.

Loudly seconded. Some months back I helped someone whose site had been hacked for over a year.
