My website http://www.macondoonline.com not work. I've checked all. The database works perfectly. It increases the memory from 32 to 64. I disable the plugins. I change for default theme. The server works well, there is a new site in http://www.macondoonline.com/2010/ and has no problems. Anyone have any idea that allows me to put everything back online?

Try re-uploading the all files and folders - except for the wp-content folder and your wp-config.php file - from a fresh download of WordPress.

Posted 2 years ago #Are there any clues in the server logs -- the error log, in particular? Sorry if I'm off base in asking, but every time my site has looked like that, it's been a PHP error.

Posted 2 years ago #My website http://www.themarketplacereview.com has also disappeared. I can go to cpanel, but no site and no dashboard. I tried the php thing, even though I don't know what I'm doing. Error log was empty. Help.

Posted 2 years ago #You need to enable the showing of hidden files in your FTP application to, else you'll not see the htaccess file.
It could possibly be why you can't see it now, so check that first.. ;)
