If yours is a new site then can I assume that you have just a few pages and posts which means that you can 're-do'?
If so delete the entire site and go and delete the database too. If you are not sure how ask your host tech support. If WordPress was installed with a script then use that script to uninstall WP before deleting. Before doing this let your host tech support know that you site has hacked visciously ... I saw the site and they, the hackers, have blocked access to the code.
Once you have installed a fresh clean copy of WP with a new and empty database
1. Ensure your username is not 'admin' as thus will make it easy for the hacker to attack again.
2. Install a security plugin like WP Security Scan
3. Install a CAPTCHA plugin for your forms to block robot hackers from try to hack into your site. I think there is one for the login panel too.
Then every time you create a new post or a new page backup you files and your database because the fastest way to recover form an attack is to restore form a back up.
Let me say that you need to check if your anti virus program is updated regularly or automatically because there may be a spyware or malware in your PC that has given the hacker your password to hack your site. Also do try checking with 'Spybot Search & Destroy' to see if there is anything hidden in your computer that makes it easy for hackers to hack your site, before you access your website to do the clean up operation mentioned above.
If your site gets hacked again moved to a different hosting services.
