My urls need a click to be cached by supercache.

    I was using w3tc but my predictive search plugin was not working so was advised to change to supercache which i did.Now i am using maxcdn ,varnish nginx etc also to make it fast loading website.Surprisingly my website needs at least a click on every post which are over 26k and are affiliates and change frequently so not possible for me to click each product to make it fast loading.Any products and categories which have ever been clicked once are fast and rest all is very slow.Log in users are also slow.My website is socialcart.co.uk and any suggestion will be appreciated please.
